the screen on my early 2015 retina display MacBook remains pixelated. Is it possible to fix?

First, take a look at If your Mac display doesn’t look right - Apple Support.

Then, reset the NVRAM and SMC:

Also, try to startup in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

You can also try to reinstall macOS: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support.

If none of these solutions work, contact Apple for service: Get Support.
