I encounter the problem with Apple ID.
my Apple ID on MacBook is not active and I don't know why.
But they keep asking me password that I used it before. So I gave password and it keep telling my ID is not active.
I want to sign out of this inactive ID and sign in new one. but it keep saying my existing Apple ID is not active even though I typed password.
Please help.
