I receive a payment error when purchasing things for games (coins, ect). My payment method is valid and I am so ha e money in my account from gift cards. I have already had each individual app’s support to check it on their end and the error is not on their end. How do I fix this?

What exactly is the payment error you are seeing? Can you provide the exact text of the error, or a screenshot?
