iPhone’s memory problem

I have an iPhone 7, 32 GB and I have this memory problem for way too long. I’ve tried to find answers here, in the community, but nothing worked.

From 32 GB of memory, when I go to iPhone Storage it says that 7 GB are occupied by Other category. I tried to find this files in every possible way. I didn’t find them. Also, it says that iCloud Drive takes 700 MB of my memory, but all my documents in iCloud Drive don’t take more than 20-30 MB. I’ve searched in recently deleted, in downloads, in all the folders that I have and there is nothing that could take 700 MB.

I’m struggling for years with this memory problem. Not because 32 GB are not enough for me, but because almost a third of it was always occupied by Other category and different other categories of files which are not to be found.

I hope I’ll get an answer different from the typical ones. Because I’ve read them all and I’ve tried all the methods on the internet that say to delete your cache on different things/apps from your phone. There is no cache on my iPhone that could take 7 GB!

Thanks!

Clearing Space:

Try performing the following. Seems "Other" is taking up lots of space --and that contains caches. So, see the third listed item (C.) below for instruction of how to clear. "Other"

A. Clear Temporary Internet Files:

Clear your Temporary Internet Files(Cookies & Cache) of Safari:

Also...

B. Clean TV and Music Libraries:

Remove all unneeded files from your TV and Music Libraries. Full-Movies take up 2-4GB typically, and a bunch of those would take up a load of storage, ideally. So, if you have any movies that are not needed, then delete them.

Also..

C. Clear "Other":

Clear the storages named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips. Caches would be being used for remembrance of application use.

You have a phone with very little memory, so you will never be able to keep all your photos , etc. on the phone. May I suggest that you move important photos and data to your computer or an external drive. They would be a lot safer against accidental deletion. I did give you a link to delete 'other' from your phone. The only other solution is to buy a phone with more storage space.

I don’t want to delete photos or apps. This is not the solution for my problem. I want to use all the memory my phone has, but I can’t access because of some files categories that I don’t know nothing about them. This shouldn’t happen. And if some files would take 7 GB of memory I should have the opportunity to find them and delete them.

No, I don’t have a problem with the little memory. 32 GB would be enough for me if I would be in the position to use this memory. My problem is that I can’t use approximately 10 GB of my memory and my system can not tell me what files occupy this memory, in order to identify them and delete them. It seems like a scam for me if you sell me a phone with 32 GB, but in fact I can not use 32 GB because of some files that I know nothing about.

Saw the link about Other category, but it’s not my situation. I have iOs 14.2, not 13.
