big sur 11.5 update from 11.4 hit error

Hi,

I have tried updating my macOS Big Sur from 11.4 to 11.5. I can see that it has completed downloading and installation and it prompted me to restart my mac. Upon restarting, it will ask me to select a network to continue some configuration. But this error showed up "A critical software update is required for your Mac, but an error was encountered while installing this update" then u have only 2 buttons, shutdown or Try Again. When i select Try Again, the same error will comes up.

So far this is not the first time I am hitting error. All the Big Sur update I have been hitting this error. Usually I will choose the shutdown button and when it restarted. It is ok ... Till this 11.5 update. It does not work. I need this to work, otherwise my device will mark it as non-compliant.

I am using a MacBookPro 15" 2017

Thanks

Alvin
