Hello. how are you? I have an iPhone 12, and I had a problem 2 days ago , I can only talk over the speaker , audio messages are sent , they hear me, but I can't hear anyone . I updated the phone , but nothing has changed , the phone did not drop , I was not in the water , I use it carefully

It sounds more like a hardware issue. I would take it to the Apple Store since it’s the 12. They would fix for you for free. Assuming there is no water damage or visible dents, the transaction should be easy
