Microsoft Teams and iPad Air comparability
The teams app is draining my ipad air 2 battery.

All apps for video meetings or calls require a lot of power (obviously it also depends on the duration of the connections).
That said, for any further doubt, check also your battery health by contacting Apple Support directly (they have tools to run remote diagnostics, battery included). Use this link:--> Get Support
