Thank you for the information.
The Epson XP-720 is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a printer supporting the driverless AirPrint technology, so it should not require the installation of drivers if the printer and the computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router). An AirPrint-enabled printer is compatible with macOS.
Software from the printer manufacturer may or may not add functionality. For USB, drivers would be needed.
The software offered may differ from region to region.

How is your printer connected? If you want to use it as an AirPrint printer via a Wi-Fi router, and there is a problem, try the following procedure: Power off the router, the printer, the computer, and all other devices. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the computer. Finally, power on all other devices.
If you have access to an iPhone/iPad, you could also carry out an AirPrint printing test that way.

Hi,
Also, any information about the exact printer model?
It's an Epson XP 720, worked perfectly with the previous system.
