How do I move all files from iCloud to a new MacBook?

I recently bought a new MacBook. Unfortunately, previous one is not accessible anymore. All of my files from the previous MacBook is stored in the iCloud. I was wondering, is there a way to move all my files from iCloud to the new MacBook? So far I only see an option to copy file by file, not a whole Desktop or Documents folder.

Work with files and folders in iCloud Drive --> https://support.apple.com/guide/mac-help/mchl1a02d711/10.14/mac/10.14

I think folder capability is limited.
