Keychain Issue

I have a teacher with a MacBook running Mojave. Periodically, keychain messages will appear asking for the password.

imagent wants to use to the "login" keychain
accountsd wants to use the "login" keychain
identityservicesd wants....
com.apple.icloudHelper wants....

After I enter the password for each one which is the same as the computer password then they temporarily go away. Unfortunately, there is no First Aid option.

What is the best way for the teacher to resolve this issue without losing any settings or information saved in Keychain?

Seems that's because they are using iMessage/Messages/Facetime???

Do they need that?

Have they tried logging in on those Apps?

If they don't use FaceTime they can open the application, open preferences, and turn off FaceTime.

I am not sure if the teacher uses FT or Messages. Most likely they do use those features on the MacBook. I don't know their information so I can't sign in to FT or Messages nor do I want to.

I thought I could give this person some directions and they can troubleshoot it themselves since they will be using their own information.
