iPhone Storage Full when it's not

My iPhone restarted overnight, and now it keeps showing this iPhone Storage Full badge notification on the settings app. I checked my storage and I have a few gigs free. I even tried to remove a couple of apps to free up a bit more space but the notification won't go away. Are there any solutions to this issue that won't require me to factory reset my phone?
