iPhone 12 Pro Max brand new out of the box and I get a “Unable to verify camera as genuine Apple camera” What’s up with that? Guy at Best Buy said it was a bug and to update the iOS and they did and now the camera works. Anyone have this issue? Message won’t go away either.

If you have updated to iOS 14.7 and still get the message click on the Get Support link at the top right of this page or return the iPhone to Best Buy for a refund and buy another one. Was this a T-Mobile cell account?
No it’s Verizon. The camera went black again with no image so I returned it to Best Buy and they gave me a new phone. Thanks for the reply
