is anyone finding that the Facebook messenger soundmojis are not showing up
I have the latest updates and I’m using iPhone 10 Xs max so it should be there
Facebook Messenger is not an Apple app, so if you are experiencing a problem with the app, contact Facebook Support.
I have the same problem. IPhone 12 Pro Max. I have updated messenger several times since soundmojis where first introduced and updated to iOS 14.7.1 and restarted my phone several times. When I tap the smiley face icon is a text chat box I don’t get the loudspeaker icon. If my husband sends a soundmoji to me it doesn’t play either. I just get a emoji with a text description of the sound. I have submitted multiple problem reports for messenger within the app but no response. Soundmojis work fine on my husbands iPhone 6 and on his iPad Air 2 so we know how to use them.
Yes I’m very well aware it’s not a Apple app and I have contacted Facebook with no reply on top of it.
I just wanted to know if anyone was experiencing the same prob so I could figure out if it was just my ph.
And yes I’ve checked the web and utube for solutions.
Well, if you didn't find anything after looking at all those places it sounds like it is just you.
