can you back up a device remotely if you can't access it

I recently dropped my phone from a 7 Story balcony, and the phone dosent have a screen that turns on, but it still has power to it and the flash light and E911 service still works when you hold down two buttons. I didn't have it backed up for the last 2 nights of my vacation and lost a lot of photos. Is there any way to remotely back up the phone from my pc or apple account?

There is nothing you can do to make it back up. If it turns on and can connect to the Internet and you have it set to sync your photos to iCloud then you should be able to get access to the photos using the Photos app on iCloud.com or on various other devices.

If the phone still powers up, you could try plugging it in for charging to initiate a iCloud backup (if it is on). Otherwise, you would need to connect it to a computer to create a local backup.

Of course, there may be hidden damage that would render either option impossible or unsafe, especially in charging the device.
