CPU Throttling with Second Monitor connected

I've seen this problem happen to many people. During the summer days, my computer is running slowly because the kernel task throttles the CPU to avoid getting hotter than it should I presume.

The issue becomes annoying the computer renders useless while this happens and I have to either disconnect the second display or disconnect the charger to fix it.

I have tried everything I found online, updated the OS to Big Sur, changed cables quality, changed the port where I was charging, and still can't seem to solve the issue.

How can I solve this issue? Help is appreciated.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.4
