Are apple going to fix the issue on no sound on plants vs zombies 2?

I noticed since I updated my ipad to IOS 14 - 14.7 there is no music while playing on any levels of plants vs zombies 2. Is this a bug? I contacted EA ( major developer of PVZ2) and they said its on the problem of phone. Is anyone experience this? . Pls help what to do?

If this is the only app this is happening with, follow the steps here: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open

If the issue continues and is isolated to the one app, you'll need to reach out to the app developer to troubleshoot the issue: How to contact an app developer
