iMessage and Facetime unactivatable

Hi all.There has been a problem with my iphone XR. Recently since the ios 14 update, I can’t activate my imessage and facetime. I tried contacting my carrier, but the problem was not in their reponsibility, I tried several fixes on the net and nothing worked. Please help. It keeps saying Activation unsuccessful. I cant seem to even use Apple Id for those two functions.
