Right airpod cannot connect to iPhone

Why won’t my right airpod connect to iPhone? It does not appear to be detected and it does not appear to have an error too. Seems like missing. Please see screenshot for reference.

I have tried resetting my airpods and also resetting my phone but still no luck. Please help. Thanks so much!
