View incompatible installed apps list ios14

Where has the list of incompatible installed apps that used to be in: “Settings -> General -> About -> Applications” go in iOS 14?

Since updating from iOS 14.2 to 14.7 I occasionally get a flurry of pop up notifications of a bunch of apps not compatible with the update and I only have the option to delete or keep. I choose keep because I’d like to review them all as a list and have a chance to check with the developer for any hope of them being updated prior to just deleting due to being stuck in the pop ups at the most inconvenient time (like while working and trying to access my phone/calendar etc).

Is it possible to see the list any longer?

I see.

ok no problem. Next time my phone brings up the series of pop ups asking about the several apps I’ll just say to blow them away. No sense in keeping them.

thanks LD and Chris.

PS - oops, I can’t choose one of your answers as the solving response, I hit it on my useless reply! Sorry!

You misunderstood my question.

In settings you used to be able to see a list of apps you had installed and which were no longer compatible.

When iOS went from 32-bit to 64-bit, you could review your installed apps and see which were marked no longer compatible so you knew either to reach out to the developer and ask, wait it out, or uninstall the app.

Since iOS 14.7, I’m getting harassed about a bunch apps that “need updating to be compatible”. But this time instead of being able to see them in list form it’s just one pop-up after another blocking me from using the phone, asking I me to keep or delete them. But 15 apps in a row while busy during work is a real **** off.

So I was just asking if there is a way to see that same type of list on my phone for INSTALLED APPS. Not every app in the App Store. That’s crazy.

Precisely. 32bit to 64bit was a massive change and same as on the MacOS it was easy to find apps that would not run. There were apps available to do that.

In the case of iOS14.n there were API tweaks and the release notes were available to developers of all 2 million apps and some of them just have dropped out or gone off on a tangent. For example iPassword (or one of the apps called iPassword). Several VPNs fell by the wayside.

It was the developers responsibility to put out warnings to their customers, but as some of them had not updated their apps since 2018 or earlier that was never going to happen.
