"Unable to determine current location at this time"

Hello! A few hours ago I bought a brand new MacBook Pro M1 (16GB / 256GB). I noticed that my time zone was set incorrectly, so I checked Location Services and I think there is an issue with them. I can't get my MacBook to be able to determine my location, whatever I try. First of all I updated to the latest Mac OS available (Big Sur 11.5.1) but that didn't solve the problem. All the settings seem to be set correctly (Location Services enabled from Security & Privacy, all "System Services are allowed to determine your location" boxes checked, WiFi is connected and online). I have restarted and shut down my MacBook more than enough times and I also booted in Safe Mode, but I can't get the issue fixed. No app or service that needs to know my location works correctly (Date & Time, Find My Mac, Maps, Google Maps etc). Any ideas? Thank you all in advnace.

Using a VPN...(?)

Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/VPN/Anti-Virus

You can sync to Apple servers from the Terminal.app copy and paste:

sudo sntp -sS time.apple.com

You can change the way you have selected from Automatic to manual

Show your current location in Maps on Mac - Apple Support

Set up Find My on Mac - Apple Support

Verify WiFi and Bluetooth are turned on

If Maps isn't working on your Apple device

Thanks for your reply! No I'm not using a VPN or any other third party antivirus or cleaner and both WiFi and bluetooth are turned on. The problem existed from the moment I first turned on my MacBook, before I even added any other app (and was not solved after updating).

However I just noticed something that confused me even more. My location can neither be determined on my iPad (on any app... Find My iPad, Maps etc). Location Services are turned on on my iPad too and no restrictions (for example through Screen Time) are enabled. I signed out on both my MacBook and my iPad and signed in again. Nothing changed. I also tried connecting to another WiFi, in case my connection was responsible for the issue, but the problem persists. I don't know what I may be missing. Could there be a setting I can't think of that has to do with my Apple ID? I have also followed every step mentioned in the links you attached to your reply, multiple times.
