MacOs Loop Blank Folder With Question Mark

MacBook Air 2017, when i tried turning on computer and login with my creational it was shutting down with blank screen with kernel panic. So i wanted to reset my pc back using Command+R but it take me to internet Recovery not to the os recovery… there i tired creating a drive with name MacHDD , guid table with extended journaled partition and install a copy of new os from internet … after the download of file and automatic restart by the installer …, it is showing the blank question mark folder again instead of continuing the installation after the restart.

I have checked my onboard SSD, it is working fine.. as it is shown in the utility window…

i have tried making a bootable usb and plug in and boot with holding option key… even it is not recognising the pen drive on this black screen.. after force full selection of internet recovery the pen drive is listed on disk utility..

i have tired Reseting NVRAM… same thing happening it is making me to choose internet recovery then disk and then downloading the file for 6 mins and restart automatically then blank folder with question mark… even with option key… no drive is shown… only drives are being showed on disk utility window

I Don't Know What is happening please help…#AppleSupport #AppleCommunity

Hi Stevi_S,

I Followed Every Step Mentioned In The Link Which You Have Provided … My Current Situation

  1. Startup Disk WINDOW show Empty black screen
  2. Instead Of Recovery Mode on pressing Command (⌘) and R, it Directly Took Me To Internet Recovery Every time
  3. Following Internet Recovery Steps and installing New copy of os… after the automatic reboot of system at the end of os installer it is again showing folder with question mark

Please Help …!!!
