I click change password and it asks for a passcode. I enter the same passcode as I did to unlock the phone, and it just brings back the same exact page asking for the passcode again. I type in the correct passcode over and over and it never says its incorrect, it just brings up the same blank screen asking for the passcode. it never says its incorrect or disabled. Whats going on?

If the issue only seems to be present when you are attempting to change your Apple ID password, we recommend changing your password using a different method. Thanks for the suggestions. But they were not helpful.
Restarting the iPhone did not solve the problem.
Have in mind that my problem is with the iPhone passcode. Not with the Apple ID password.
