Change Axis Scale on Apple Keynote

I have a simple chart that I'm trying to format. I have just 2 y-values (77 and 89) and I want them to be displayed on a scale from 0 to 100. However, Keynote seems to automatically rescale the chart to start at 70 and end at 90. I do not see any options to change the scale or minimum value. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

click on the chart on the slide to select it
go to the Inspector /Format /Axis /Value Y /Axis scale
enter 100 in the Max box and 0 in the minimum box
