Thank you for using Apple Support Communities. Based on your post, all of your cameras showing up in the Home app on your iPhone and iPad aren't showing up on your Apple TV.
If you can see one but not the others, this may be related to software updates or the hardware requirements. On your iOS devices download the manufacturer's app for those specific cameras. Check for any updates it may have for the cameras and install them, if available.
Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on the Apple TV and test a restart: How to turn off or restart your Apple TV
Should the issue continue and only with those other two cameras, you may need to contact the manufacturer for further support.
