I have a Apple Id "abc" associated with abc@gmail.com. When I login to apple using my apple id, I am able successfully login. After login, it says the Apple id is not in the correct format, use your email address. I give abc@gmail.com, it says email already associated with another account.
Please give a different email ID.
How to resolve this issue?

Click here --> https://support.apple.com/choose-country-region Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Have you logged into your Apple ID to see if the address shows under Reachable At, as a Rescue email address, or as a Notification email address?
