What do I do if I can't log all the way in with my Apple ID because my email address is somehow associated with another Apple ID?

Are you or a family member using that address on another ID? If so, change the email address on the other ID. If you don't know what ID is using that address, contact Apple ID Support for assistance in changing the email address on your Apple ID. See the Apple Support articles below for contact information.
