Erased hard drive on MAC and Reinstalled High Sierra OS. Now in the start up process and it is stuck on trying to connect bluetooth to keyboard and mouse. I get a picture alternating between them with a spinning wheel but they don't connect..
iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.13
• Make sure the keyboard and mouse are charged or have fresh batteries.
• Have you unpaired the devices from any other Mac they may previously have been used with?
• Use a wired USB keyboard and mouse to finish the setup on your Mac.
If you attach them using the USB cable, they should pair again within 60 sec.
At least the keyboard needs charging from time time, normally you do this using a USB cable...
Great comments. I'll try to find a wired USB keyboard and mouse to finish up. Both my wireless have only been paired with this MAC ever but not connecting after Erase and Reinstall.
Would but they are wireless with no USB cables. Trying to borrow wired for a few minutes now. Thanks.
Might be an older kbd and mouse running on AA batts.
