nike app stuck

so I downloaded the nike app a few days ago. I set up my account and it prompts you to go through multiple screens like this one and click “next” on all of them. As soon as I get to this screen, it won’t let me go past and I can’t use the app for anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it, I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on multiple times but nothing works. Anyone who has information as to how to fix this issue please let me know!

Hi guys after 2 months I figured it out !!

firstly make sure you not in low power mode

secondly go to your settings then apps then look for nike app. When in there set location to always .!! It will work instantly . Cannot believe it !! Finally linked to Nike app hope this helps

Contact the Developer:

You'll find the developer's contact information on the app's site of the App Store. So, contact them, asking them for tips on this.

I am having the exact same issue on new iPhone 12 Mini, and when I try the link to the app developer (which is Nike) it just brings you to a trouble shooting page with little to no information in regards to this, I recently made the switch from android ( where I've never had any app problem) and since I've gotten the iPhone I've had at least three apps with issues which is very frustrating and quite frankly disappointing, I'm seriously considering selling the iPhone 12 Mini and going back to android because of all these app issues. i.e. Aldi app has never worked & G Mail has a weird bug I found out by chance the other day, basically if you type the letter "w" followed by the letter "e" G Mail completely crashes, very strange all these apps having issues.

The issue is with the phone not Nike. I am having this same problem too.

I went to the Apple store recently and it was barely fixed. I am easily able to sign in on my sister's phone and every other device I try but not the iPhone 12. The only way I have been able to get into the app is delete and reinstall from the App Store, set the location to 'Always' and it only allows me in one time. Once the app is closed it will never let me in and I have to do this over again.

It is very stressful.


I will like to just downgrade to 11 pro or something... Having to do this every time is a nightmare.

Same here! My Nike app hasn’t been working for two years and it’s so frustrating because I always shop there.


I have had four different phones, so was it my phones? I don’t know.


I asked the folks at Nike in store, they had no idea what to do.


I asked the developers, no idea.


I created a new Nike account, a suggestion from a Nike employee, still didn’t work.


What is happening???? I want to be able to buy shoes that are limited drops and I cannot without a working Nike app. Help.

Same here ever since switching to Apple a

year ago. I’ve given every permission possible. Apple says reach out to the Developer? Apples suuccckkkksssss. Never ever had problems like this on my Galaxy’s, never! So many issues over the past year on 11 ProMax, just got my payoff balance with TSchnoodle. Paying off and never looking back, Apple phones stink and so does the useless lack of support!

I’m sorry but I’m my case and others always following/ allowing & giving every permission imaginable Does Not Work. Scrub and redownload, nothing. I’ve got SNKRS but no Nike which helps o so much. I’ve said it before, going back to Samsung for a myriad of issues I face daily. Love my MacBook but screw this 12maxipromax & it’s TMobileHome. Where’s your Apple Support? Non existent, flippin Jackbots

I just tried that it does not work for me either. I am using iphone 12 pro max and it seems like an issue with the 12 series. Also even if that workaround works miraculously, doesn’t that raise some security and privacy concerns? I mean turning your location to “Always” for an app to track you everytime? That’s absurd!
