nike app stuck

so I downloaded the nike app a few days ago. I set up my account and it prompts you to go through multiple screens like this one and click “next” on all of them. As soon as I get to this screen, it won’t let me go past and I can’t use the app for anything. I’ve tried deleting the app and re-installing it, I’ve tried turning my phone off and back on multiple times but nothing works. Anyone who has information as to how to fix this issue please let me know!

Hi guys after 2 months I figured it out !!

firstly make sure you not in low power mode

secondly go to your settings then apps then look for nike app. When in there set location to always .!! It will work instantly . Cannot believe it !! Finally linked to Nike app hope this helps

I have the same problem on both the Nike app and the Adidas app so it can't be from the apps. Super weird. Try downloading the Adidas app to see if that works.

Well here is a detailed solution.

After downloading the app, whenever you hit a snag, exit the app. Go to settings, change location to always allow. Then it will work.

That definitely doesn’t work. I tried it and the app still freezes and I have the 13 pro max.

I don’t have location in settings because in my case the app gets stuck trying to ask for permission to access location.

make sure the app location is set to always in settings, and that you are connected to a string wifi connection with your bluetooth on. That is what worked for me
