I lost my iphone and someone off find my iphone but this iphone still in my icloud phone backup list so is there any chance to locate this ohone ???

someone snatching my phone now its shows find my iphone is off but still show my device in icloud backup list so any one used this phone or any chance to find this phone ?????

Basically, no. The support article you came here from should provide you with the steps you should take if "Find My" was not enabled before it was lost or stolen. The only way it could be turned off, if it was on, was someone would have to know your Apple ID credentials to do so.
