Migration assist not working

Hi if anyone can help me, would be hugely appreciated!!


I have had a Mac book pro for 4 years, have been locked out ever since my dad got it as a present! Finally got it working today however I am trying to transfer everything from my windows 10 laptop to the Mac but whenever u try to run migration assist it tells me that Microsoft mail is running. I have checked, it is not running and I have even deleted it but it still says the same. I have tried restarting it and shutting it down many times. Not working…


Please help!!

Move your data from a Windows PC to your Mac


If you see that doesn't help to clear this up, we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support so they can look into this with you in more detail.
