You have already employed the best diagnostic tool for your particular issue - in employing the screenshot feature…


If taking a screenshot does not capture an image of the issue, then the problem is not software related - but is instead a hardware issue.


As diagnosis of the fault that you describe cannot be remotely assessed, you would be best advised to take your iPad along to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store. Here you be able to demonstrate the problem to the technicians - and available repair or warranty options explored.
