Apple One Problem

I've subscribed to Apple One Premier, everything works right for me.

My wife and kids have been sharing my iCloud storage for more than a year, so we are linked and sharing as a family, including parental controls.

The problem is since subscribing to Apple One Premier my wife and kids don’t have access to Apple Music, TV, News, Fitness or Arcade, it does not recognize the subscription and it asks to "Join Apple Music" or select a Plan.

Please help, thanks in advance.

We'd like to help get your Apple One Premier working right.

You mentioned that you have no issues with the services under your new Apple One Premier membership, but the other members of your family do. Has everyone restarted their devices since signing up for this membership?

Are all devices up to date? The latest one for iPad and iOS is version 14.7.1. The latest for Macs is macOS Big Sur 11.5.1.

Hello Easyk,

That's great to hear that both you and your kids have no issues with that subscription. As we've narrowed it down specifically to your wife having the issues you mentioned earlier, let's focus on her device for now:

Has Apple One Premier ever worked correctly on her device, or has it had these issues since you got that subscription?
As there have been several updates, which model is she using, and what's the OS version installed in it?
Have you contacted Apple Support about this? While you still may need to contact them, if you have already, we do recommend any steps that may have been provided to you by them.

All devices are up to date (iOS 14.7.1) and have been restarted several times, still does not recognize the Apple One Premier membership for my wife, it only works for me and my kids (had to reinstall some of the Apple Apps), please help.
