Internet (GMail) Account returns after deletion

He,

to give a picture of the situation:

• got multiple Macs all with the same AppleID
• Have multiple "Internet Accounts" configured
• Try to delete one (former company account) but it always returns
  • Does not matter on what Mac this gets deleted
  • Does not matter if it gets deleted in the same Minute on all Macs

It looks like the account can't be deleted, even it shows up as deactivated I want to remove this account, special as this also happens on the new companies laptop (that I use with the same AppleID) - when I add a new computer to the AppleID this account will be added and synced across all Computers sharing the AppleID.

Does someone has any idea how to solve?
