Funds added not showing in Apple balance

still its showing zero balance

Have you reveived the amount? Today it happened same for me, i have recharged through net banking and still the balance is 0

Same here, i am facing exact issue with my account too, added funds last night still not reflecting into my apple id.

Did you get the funds in your App Store?

So, did you receive the refund? I also transacted through UPI and Apple customer executive says the that outage is from RBI end. Don’t really know whether I will get my money back or not.

Has anyone had any luck? It's about to be a week and still nothing showing up.

How do I chat with customer support? I tried calling them, for the app store option they are asking me to contact the direct team and I can't find the direct team's phone number.

I'm also facing same problem. I just added funds to my apple id through UPI But its still showing 0

My money got credited back after a week. I keep mailing apple media services team. May be that worked. Or may be it refund on its own. Wish a quick return for all others.
