wet XR & FaceID
My phone got wet and now my faceID won't work. When i tried to reset the faceID option, the phone won't recognize my face in the frame. Is this temporary?

It sounds as your iPhone has a liquid damage. If you are lucky, then it might start to work, otherwise it might need to be serviced or replaced.
Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty
