apple ID password not working

Hello,

I have a strange problem, I have had to change my apple ID 10 times in last week as every time I change it it would normally work a couple of time then it would not work after many attempts and failure to log in, I would have to change it again. Well today the pass word would not work so I changed it again and now the new password will not work just keeps popping up for the password ? I am growing tired of this I have 10 apple devises and each time I change password it really causes a problem. This is happening when going to do updates, today I signed in with new password hit continue and apple iTunes popped up and asked for the password again and would not take the password , so I figured maybe the system is updating the new password so I wait 5 min and try again SAME thing ? what am I doing wrong or what is broken at apple?
