How to cancel subscription from Apple account not from Apple device

I subscribed to the App and I'm unable to unsubscribed from my older iPad device (iOS 12). When I follow the instructions to unsubscribe it ends up with the blank "Edit subscription" popup. Tried turning on/off, removing/adding app etc. This iPad is the only Apple device I've got. Can I somehow cancel this subscription from my iTunes on Windows or any other way?

If you want to cancel a subscription, you cannot do it just for the Apple ID, you need to remove that app from the device and cancel its subscription.

If you still get no help, please contact the iTunes Store Support Team directly, using this link:--> iTunesStore & App Store – Get support for various issues, and choosing: your country, then Apple ID, then iTunes & App Store. If your problem is not among the options shown there, tap/click on the option “the topic is not listed” and describe your issue.
