I use os ver 11.5.1 in MacBook Pro m1, log in screen have 2 users me and guest user.
In system preference > users&groups guest user off and check box allow guests to log in disables.
How can I remove guest user in log in screen ?

If you decided to encrypt your drive, you get Guest user to assist in recovering if you forget the encryption key.
