Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help today. It appears you don't see the "Reply" option when replying to specific messages: Reply to specific messages on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
It looks like your iPhone is still on iOS 13. Be sure you update to iOS 14.7.1: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you have any issue, updating over Wi-Fi, please see: If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update. You may just need to remove an old download as described under "Remove and download the update again".
