I am using iphone 12 mini, proximity sensor is working too slow. After two seconds only the screen is turning off. When I checked my friend's iphone 11 pro, he also facing the same issue. So suggest a solution for this serious issue.

Have you tried powering the iPhone off and back on again? If that does not help, you can contact Apple Support for help. Use the Get Support link at the top of the page here.
Do you have a screen protector on the phone? What troubleshooting have you tried? The phone has to get into the vicinity of your ear before the screen turns off.
