When using 12 iPhone eyes hurt. It is impossible to use. There used to be 7 plus, there was no such problem. What to do?

You may be one of the very few people who have extra sensitivity to OLED vs LCD screens. This is something you should discuss with your eye doctor.
You say your husband uses OLED screen. So do you if you are using iPhone 12.
I don't know what you're expecting anyone here to offer you? You are not speaking with Apple. You are speaking with other users, and likely none of whom are eye doctors.
If you and your husband are having an issue with OLED screens, consult a qualified eye doctor. He might recommend you wear Blue Blocker glasses, but again, we're not doctors and that is whom you should be consulting.
The problem is not only with me. My husband has the same reaction, but he uses an oled screen.I'm wondering what to do with the phone and is it dangerous for me?
If you purchased this iPhone within the last 14 days, return it for a refund and look into getting another smart phone that doesn't "hurt" your eyes.
