Find My Mac does not appear on other devices
The Find My app does not appear on ipad. Find My Mac does not appear on iphone. In icloud, On Mac, only Find My iphone appears

The "Find My" app should have been installed on your iPad, your iPhone, and your Mac at one time, assuming they are running system versions that are even vaguely recent. On current system versions, it may be removable, but it should also be installable from the App Store.
Where and how have you looked for "Find My" that caused you conclude that it was not present?
