Microsoft teams and other apps glitching while in use.

I have a MacBook Air.

Im currently using my computer 24/7 with online classes.

And recently I realized some apps kinda glitch, particularly WhatsApp and Teams.

WhatsApp is constantly doing it, but teams only seems to do it whenever im in a class.

The glitch is basically the screen flashing a couple of times, it keeps doing it until the session is over (teams), or when I finally close the app (Whatsapp).

How can I fix it?

For starters, it looks like we’re working with macOS 11.2, according to the information on your profile. Let’s be sure to get a backup made and update to macOS 11.5.1 and also be sure to install any updates for the apps in question.
