For some reason i’m unable to turn on the hotspot on my phone. When i click on “set up personal hotspot” in settings, it just takes me to my verizon account. It’s weird because it didn’t do this in my last iphone, and i was able to turn it on/off. Is there any way to fix this?

The HotSpot feature is managed and provided by your carrier (in this example Verizon). You must have just recently changed iPhones. Contact Verizon and ensure that they have the HotSpot feature setup currently in your account.
