I can’t get visual voicemail on my iPhone se. help!

So I have a new iPhone SE and set up my new voicemail from my other phone. I can’t get visual voicemail

I have ATT as my carrier. I have the latest IOS. So what is going on?

Visual Voicemail is a feature provided and managed by your carrier (AT&T). Please contact your carrier and let them know that you need the visual voicemail activate on your new iPhone. That should resolve the issue.
