Battery health capacity dropped soon

I started using my iPhone 12pro for long days

in the starting the battery health is lasted for five months 100 percentage after i updated to IOS 14.6 it dropped as soon as to 98 and within 3days it drops to 97 and after updating 14.7 it dropped to 96 and after updating to 14.7.1 it dropped to 95

within ha 1month time my battery health dropped to 3percentage down

and my battery backup is also affected by the update…. Apple pls help me with this issue
