CarPlay issue on lexus

I have Lexus Es350 when connected by CarPlay and Bluetooth when receive call I can’t hear other party but he can hear me and i need to restart the car to work normally, so what the issue to repeat again??

Not hearing callers using CarPlay I’ve read that other users are having the same issue as me. I’ve been using CarPlay in my 2022 Kia Telluride for about a year with no issues. A few days ago I stopped being able to hear callers. My vehicle shows that a call is coming in, I answer through CarPlay, and then the vehicle shows that I’m on an active call. The caller can hear me but I cannot hear them. I’ve repaired the device, turned my phone off/on. I’ve turned Bluetooth off. Any other suggestions?

waze stops talking with carplay Every time My iPhone is connected to the car play Waze goes Mute, once it's back to my iPhone I can hear Waze instructions again. What can be done to be able to hear Waze instructions on my Car audio?

Please get the Car Audio checked at the Car Dealer's end.

I already checked at the dealer but no problem for audio system in the car
