Does restoring iphone from a previous back-up include corrupt firmware?

I have an IPhone XR.

I encountered recovery mode and tried to fix it by updating it via iTunes, but failed. After a miraculous attempt of opening it during recovery mode I backed it up so I can restore it.

The first time it restored it worked, it was as good as new, so i decided to back it up for it to end up back in recovery mode again.

after an hour long research I was suggested that i delete the update file because it could be corrupt, so i did and restored it again via itunes.

I want to back it up again but im afraid it'll transfer corrupt data with it.

I dont know if this is helpful but the backup was actually done with the supposed "corrupt firmware".

So its working very well now, should I try and restore a backup again or is there a chance that the backup actually carries corrupted data?

Thanks for reading, hope everyone has a great day!

Corrupt data/files can be on a backup. If the iPhone is functioning without an issue at this time, you can attempt to create a new backup. Here's how: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.

If you experience a problem when creating a backup, provide more details about the issue in your reply to this thread. We hope this information helps you out.

Take care!
