How do I make the mouse cursor disappear?

Running Macbook Pro 2015 High Sierra 10.13.6

No matter what I do I can't make the mouse cursor disappear which is annoying when watching shows full screen on my mac.

Oddly - on Netflix the mouse disappears after a few seconds of streaming, Hulu it is ALWAYS there! Using Chrome as my browser.

I have held down the fn key in the lower left of the keyboard and pressed the F8 key at the top of the keyboard with no luck - mouse is still there.
